: (1) Except for premature cancellation of the permit according to Section 11, the period of production permit shall be at most fifteen years and the period of import, supply and sales distribution permit shall be at most three years.
(2) At least six months prior to the expiry of the period under sub-section (1), an application for renewal of the permit must be submitted to the committee in the prescribed format along with the prescribed fee.
(3) If the application for the renewal of the license is not submitted within the period specified in sub-section (2), the license will not be renewed and the license that has expired will automatically be considered cancelled.
